ZOMGbuffs is an addon that helps you manage buff assignments. It is an ace addon, compatible with PallyPower, and as you can gather from that addon's name paladins are *the* class that will benefit from this addon.

In raids, we will use this to assign who does which buff. It saves time, frustration, and makes sure everyone has the buffs they can best make use of So if you're a pally - get this addon. If you're not a pally - but have buffs to give occasionally - consider it
