It just occured to me as I updated my 'how to get groups together' post that I know a *lot* of guildleaders on the server - and on april 1st, Lemmings of the Light celebrates their 4th birthday! 
Time to cash in on those contacts 
So, how about we organise a MASSIVE event where we invite every guild we ever met I don't know quite what kind of activity to organise - a jump from Twin Colossals with a huge amount of people would be funny and accessible to alliance as well as horde - but I'm also open to other suggestions I'm not posting this in the PR forum by high exception because this concerns all of us
A huge parade to some place, a picnic around Naxxramas and/or other raid instances where we provide cakes and food things before general server raid time could also be fun.
I'm also thinking perhaps a contest where we quiz the server, and the answers to the various questions make up a sentence- and when people whisper that sentence to a lemming, they win a gem or a prairiedog whistle
Recruitment status
Currently we've limited openings for all classes, all specs. We expect applicants to stick by us as we make the transition into Cataclysm in a little while!

Maybe we could make green hair gnomes again, wear guild tabards and invade major cities (SW, IF, Dalaran?) and make some fun over there? We could join it with Wilgje's quiz idea and give some gifts (for example gems). I wouldn't do this quiz on global channels, however inviting people to visit us in major cities is a good idea

Have not posted in this as Coehoorn came up with the idea of a quiz quicker than I could type ( I was thinking back to the music quiz Ann ran ages and ages ago .... all of us spamming BUZZ it was a huge laugh).
Also thought about another terrific sucess that you ran Ann - the treasure hunt
Another awesomely good idea... but may be more of a guild only thing than a server wide thing. But you could pick 5 or 10 totally random random hard to find things and get people to try and find them... grey trash stuff etc... again might be hard to do though. It is always something to organise as a guild though I guess one day 
Anyway probably a little late for my input but none the less I will make sure I am ready to jump on April 1st....
One question though... I know nothing of a PM is this a secret code

This is too bad but I can't make it on the 1st of april.
I have dancing lessons that evening with my girlfriend. I think it's really cool that this event is organized and I hope you'll all enjoy it.
